Welcome to the 2019 Euclid Baseball Registration​!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.  


ALL INCLUSIVE FEE FOR 2019

This year's fee will be all inclusive of a full uniform (hat, jersey, pants, and socks) and the fundraising fee.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

  • Registering party is responsible to read and understand the goals of Euclid Boys League and all of its rules and policies. 
  • A $25 fundraising fee per family is included at the time of registration
  • The number of teams in each division is established in March.
  • Player division age is determined by their age as of May1st (For exceptions please contact 216-299-4724). 
  • In most circumstances, players return to previous year’s team if remaining in same division.
  • Families may request to be placed back in the draft.
  • Grey baseball pants are required to play.
  • Sign ups are on a first come, first served basis.  
  • Due to limited roster positions a waiting list has been instituted.  It is the league’s discretion to add or eliminate teams on an as needed basis. 
  • No child is allowed to sign-up until all 2018 fees are paid.
  • Euclid Boys League does not guarantee any child to play on a certain team. All requests will be taken into consideration.
  • All waivers and code of conduct must be signed for your child to participate in Euclid Boys League.
  • If payment does not clear the bank, registration fees along with associated bank NSF fees ($30) must be paid BEFORE your child is eligible to play.

FUNDRAISING INFORMATION

Every family  will be responsible to contribute $25.00 to fundraising this year. This fee has been built into the total cost to play.

The fees and fundraisers for EBL cover the cost of field time, umpire charges, trophy/medal costs, uniforms (with or without pants), capital improvements, and minor administration fees.  All EBL staff members and coaches are voluntary positions without pay.

Here is how it works:

Grand Slam Raffle:

  • The Grand Slam Raffle provides an opportunity to cover ALL fees (registration and fundraising) if you sell the tickets.
  • You will be issued raffle tickets with a face value of $5.00 each for the total amount of your registration ($100 registration = 20 tickets). These tickets can be sold and you keep the money. That’s Correct You Keep the Money! Sell them all and your child plays for FREE!!! 
  • EBL has already collected $25.00 from you for these tickets during registration do not return any money to the league

Refund Policy:

  • All fees will be forfeited for player withdrawal after March 10th
  • Player withdrawal will result in a $25 per player processing fee related to website charges.   
  • All payment plan fees are forfeited for any withdrawal    

Sibling Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family, you will receive a $25 discount on the 2nd (+ all additional children) registration fee.  In order for the registration system to recognize that you are registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your players are registered within the same order.
